Just a FYI here,

I received a visa in the passport and also received a separate COPR document along with it ;D

Also , I faxed Seattle last week basically saying that its an emergency and sent a copy of my flight tickets as well. I dont know whether it worked, but I tried nonetheless.

You are welcome! I am not a usa citizen so I had to send in the passport,but for some reason I received COPR too.
