Hi all. I thought I would get in on this convo. I have just been sticking to the January 2012 applicants, but I am a Buffalo too!

I'm the PA. App was received on January 5, 2012. We were told via phone that husband was approved to sponsor me on 3/28/12 but haven't received anything via mail. Never received an AOR. Would you add me to the spread sheet??

Did you send in sponsor's passport/citizenship card as supporting documents in your original pack or did you send them in at a later time?
Maybe they lost them? We heard some loss of document problems before. Anyway, I think it'd be better to just send them what they need if it's not too difficult to obtain the documents.

I was recently asked to submit a renewed fbi record and also to submit copies of canadian sponsor's passport or citizenship card. I did submit these two things earlier with my application. Any idea why the copies of the canadian sponsor's passport or citizenship card is needed. I submitted fbi fingerprint record check today. Hope it gets done soon. Really stressed. Thanks.

Just saw FBI withdrew the money for fingerprints today on my bank account. Usually how long is it after they do that does it take to get the fingerprints back?

I was all settled in for a 4-week wait when I saw my charge go through in March, but it was more like a week and change.

Wow! Next Friday will be a week since I mailed it, that's awesome! If it does take like a week and some change, then it'll be a total of around 5 weeks. I've never heard of it that fast.

for me, i think they were processed quickly, but the date that they completed my prints and the date that they mailed them to me were 1 month apart! so who knows!

For me, 8 weeks in total. They received my request on Jan17, charged my credit card on Feb17, and I received the result on Mar13.

Can someone please tell me whether can I call buffalo immigration office to know my file status? and also want to make sure whether they have received my FBI Police clearance letter? Is it a good idea to call?
I also want to know which is the best number to contact buffalo consulate office?

This next Tuesday will be 4 weeks since LA received our passports, and on Wednesday our medicals expire. Why is it taking LA so long to return our passports? ARGH.
