You can but I'm worried people might come to conclusions based on something that likely isn't true.
The visa office likely knew but my wife being Canadian, and the sponsor, she was covered by OHIP (universal) for every OB visit, pediatric cardiologist, delivery/postpartum/NICU stay, so that wouldn't have been any reason to expedite the process. Someone recently, I think Morena, went through something similar (in Canada, medicals done there, filed outland, stayed) except their process was double mine. I'm telling ya, the more you try to find consistency, the more you'll find the opposite. Too many variables.
