thanks heatherusa i will call i guess in a month from now. but the numbers sometimes work with operator i think the office closes really early.
I wish they were faster... I see some of the other May applicants can already see PR in process - they have different processing countries than we do. Hopefully once it changes to in process the actually processing will go much faster.SaugaBoss said:thanks heatherusa i will call i guess in a month from now. but the numbers sometimes work with operator i think the office closes really early.

Received a letter from buffalo today saying the interview is waived and no additional documents are required at this time. It says that they have confirmed the medical is completed, but are awaiting receipt of the results.

Does anyone have any idea how long it takes them to get the results from the central agency that holds them? Do we have long to wait?
Thanks!
giggles mail buffalo office asking to confirm whether they have received ur application.. state all the known facts like ur husbands name,DOB, citizenship country, sponsor's Client id number or any other such thing that will help the visa office to identify your application..giggles1985 said:My husband's sponsorship was approved on May 31st and the app was sent to Buffalo. I am still waiting to get their letter telling me that they have recieved my application.
I am starting to get worried
They always want everything within 90 days. Send them and explanation and proof that you applied for it. This is a very common situation.mrsprogram said:They also want it within 90 days of June 29. It's another 12 weeks before we even get the letter again. WTF.
I will do that, thank you.BeShoo said:They always want everything within 90 days. Send them and explanation and proof that you applied for it. This is a very common situation.
When was dated your FBI clearence?mrsprogram said:We got a letter in the mail today. They are requesting another FBI clearance.
I know I included it with our application, I have copies to prove it. Did they lose it? Do they want new ones because they expired? No explanation in letter, just that they want "original" letter or certificate. My husband emailed them asking for clarification but who knows when they'll reply.

Time to pay for another set of prints, send them by courier and sit and wait for another 12 weeks. Wow.
Immigration is wearing me out.
