I got PPR this morning!!! soooo happy!
now waiting for extension, so i can send my passport after that

Yes my consultant recieved an email this morning! I've yet to see it as she's forwarded it but I haven't got it yet. For some reason I can't get emails lol! I need to see it!

congrats KelKel and Millu. what a nice start to the week.. i wonder what they needed to do this morning before sending you the emails that couldnt be done friday evening?! lol.. anyways, well done!
Ive sent a request to my consultant asking him to send a case specific query.. my application was received in London in November and has been in process since Jan. Im getting frustrated now....

does anyone know how long it usually takes to get RMCP clearance? I remember that I had to get fingerprints taken for the RCMP and these were submitted when I sent my application in October.

MDU you don't have to get RCMP clearance when you send your app. You need to get police clearance for every country you lived for over 6 months except Canada. CIC does the name checks themselves and if they get a hit they request the prints. RCMP clearance takes no time at all because they have direct access. When they told Rob Barrett they were waiting on the RCMP clearance he received his request shortly after!!!
