I'm not sure.. perhaps part 1 would be sponsorship, part 2 would be PR app and part 3 is to obtain the visa after your approval and land in Canada?

Still can't log into ecas. Sent on May 14th.

did u call cic??? i can see applicants later than 14th may can login.. and even the cic site says cases upto 28 may - 41 days.. so i suggets u must call the cic agent

I did yesterday but since I am not the sponsor, they will not tell me anything. The sponsor has to call and my wife is tired of waiting so she doesn't even want to talk about the process.

Just called CIC and said they sent a letter on June 23 but I haven't got it yet. they said it takes 5-7 business days. Also cant login to ecas for whatever reason. Tried client id , receipt # , PR # and even confirmation of permanent residence still no luck. Wishing for the best on the letter they sent.. :-X

Ecas isn't always perfect.. I've read on here where people have landed and their ecas still says 'in process', so try not to be discouraged

mine was received may 27....says decision made....dont worry...the letter was sent out June 24....dont count too much on ecas...im sure ur fine!

My letter arrived with good news! I was a bit worried because I had only included 2008 Option C and I owe some back taxes, but all is well and our file is officially off to Accra!

E-cas updated, they received application to sponsor on may 20 and sent a letter on june 23. I hope that letter comes soon
