No kidding... the only reason I kept calling is Mr. Impatient that I am married to. Not that I didnt want to know... but $30 in phone bill costs later we at least had our answer!

Just logged into eCAS (woke up early and couldn't help myself) with my husband's receipt number, and its says DECISION MADE!!

"We received your application to sponsor CARAPK on May 13, 2010.
We sent you a letter on June 17, 2010 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us."

Woohoo! Now I just need the letter, which is being sent to my in-laws address in Ottawa, so it should get there soon, and the wait in Buffalo begins!

I just check my ecas and it's let me log in although i was not able to log in yesterday
It's said our file received there 7th May and design made and latter send on 18th June

woo, Hopefully! Our application was sent May 19th and arrived May 21st! Getting closer!!

we sent our application on may 4 th and was receivied on may 6th. we have not receivied any letter yet. i am worried my husband did not send the print C .Everytime when my husband has tried to call to ecas . he hold because the line is busy and a record say try later. he has not able to reach any agent yet. please give an advice to my husband when he call to ecas

I did not send mine and i got approved, however i was able to reach them few days after but i was calling at all the time i was able to get an agent close to the end of the day.

Our letter arrived in the mail today! HOORAY! I met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor (approved like the call center told me on Monday the 14th). I felt like I couldnt believe it until I saw it for myself.

Interesting, and I dont know if everyone's letters say this, but is does say "while the application for Permanent Residency has been found to meet minimum requirements for completeness under the Immigration Act". So that gives me comfort, but I don't know if that is standard in every letter... I would be interested in hearing from others if their letter said that too. Does everyone's application have to meet minimum requirements to be forwarded to the visa office for processing? hmmm

Hi MIne says the same thing i believe is just the same letter they just change the names and post office.

Our application was received on 11th of may, decision made 16th of june.
