Interesting, and I dont know if everyone's letters say this, but is does say "while the application for Permanent Residency has been found to meet minimum requirements for completeness under the Immigration Act". So that gives me comfort, but I don't know if that is standard in every letter... I would be interested in hearing from others if their letter said that too. Does everyone's application have to meet minimum requirements to be forwarded to the visa office for processing? hmmm
