danifry, they HAVE TO move!! you applied the same day as me. the only thing - thru London - don't know how many countries their office is responsible for.

My Wife applied for Sponsorship on 29 March 2010

Application Approved : 3 June 2010

Processing for my PR Started in New Delhi , India: 24 June 2010

I Received Letter for my Doc & Passport Request : 7 July 2010 ( In the letter it was mentioned 25 June 2010 )



I have few Queries :

1. I had mistakenly filled the visa office requested in the medical form Mississauga instead of New Delhi. I told CIC New delhi through Case specific form today. Will it be delay in my processing?

2. My old passport was expired and it remained in my wife's wallet . Now the old passport is with my wife in Canada. In the letter its mentioned : Submission of original passport along with any old expired passports for you.

Should I send my new passport only or get old passport from canada first and then send both the passports?

I received an email 2day from the embassy says thay working in my file and they are waiting to send them CSQ , but it's didn't yet issued and it will be issued within days ,
if this means that i 'll get my visa soon ???????

any help please ???

Its writeen clearly in the letter requesting passport that:

Submission of original passport along with any old expired passports for you and your accompanying family members.

so dont do any silly mistake or you will end up with delayed processing on your application.

samrupl,,,,, i got passport request on March 29th and on April 23rd i got mail back by post from embassy asking to fill #11 question, also they sent back pictures. Does this help?

Congratulations!! My wife has sent my old passport to india and I will send both the passports to High Commission.

After how many days of passport request you got the visa?

Do they it send through simple post or Courier?
