Congratulations msidgz! I just received an update to my ecas too - application received in Paris on March 2!! YAYY. I've changed the table a bit, put the AOR before In Process (since they have to receive it before they can start processing it

By popular demand, arranged via visa office. There's a couple I don't know, so please let me know your visa office if its not on here!

Just on another note - ecas seems to be updated at the oddest times!!! Mine was updated at 3 am this morning (Sunday) - I guess it was updated in Paris where it would be 10 am, but who would expect people to be working there on a Sunday morning

Now you have to wait and check your e-cas regularly. They will update you e-cas to application received soon.
It is now again waiting game..... 2nd round of waiting...........

Hey mewe, why don't u join the "Thread for applicants of NEW DELHI 2010!" it will help u alot along the way.........as to how months its gonna take n so on...best wishes and ya if you could updated ur timeline plsss !!

Hi guys! Just wanted to drop a note for your Buffalo group. The December thread has started receiving AOR's as of this morning. Hopefully that will help you figure out what timeline you're looking at.

I logged in to e-cas and it now says application COMPLETE, Meds recvd, decision made.

Feeling pretty anxious. Could this mean that I'm about to get a passport request? They couldn't have done all their checks that quick could they?


The complete text in e-cas was:
We received your application for permanent residence on February 9, 2011.

We started processing your application on February 26, 2011.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Sorry to butt in again, but the December thread had several London applicants receiving PPR's last week, so it is possible that your file is through and a PPR is headed your way, particularly since you're at the start of your month.

AOR = Acknowledgement of receipt

It's the bit in e-cas that states: "We received your application for permanent residence on dd MM YYYY"
