Nothing available online. No emails. Nothing. Starting to get a little worried. Anyone else experiencing this wait? I would feel better even if I just knew it was received in Buffalo.

Now of course I am second guessing my application and wondering how I could have messed it up.

Welcome Nelli - if you look at the thread for December applicants a lot of the Buffalo ones from December haven't gotten their acknowledgement of receipts yet either, so I don't think its anything to worry about that you haven't gotten yours yet!! Buffalo seems quite slow

Hi Nelli! Kaycee1 is completely correct. I keep the spreadsheet for the December group, and about half of the applicants we have going through the Buffalo office have not received an AOR or any other communication with Buffalo yet. On Friday we had two AOR's from Buffalo. They both had sponsorship approval/transfer dates on January 18th. As yours is February 9, it's completely normal that you haven't heard from them yet. So don't worry! :) It will most likely be a few more weeks before you hear.

Please feel free to keep an eye on the December thread to give yourself an idea of how things are progressing. I post an updated spreadsheet there every friday afternoon.

Hi everyone,
Just spoke to my hubby, he said the interview went well, but the VO said he had to complete protocol by doing his background check, and will get back to him soon. Wonder when "soon" will be, and why they did't do it prior to inviting him for the interview. He just bursted my bubbles. well I guess its d waiting game again

i got it everyone!!!! I got my visa today after 2 hrs 30mins brain storming questions the IO made it much easier for me cos it looked more like we were chatting as he kept smiling and throwing in jokes about my hubby and I, but i knew he wanted to see if i'll contradict myself...he asked some questions twice. Got there 10:30 in d morning on 04/04/11waited till 1:05pm bf my interview started which lasted till like 3:30pm and then he said he was convinced and will issue the visa before 4pm which he did.. All glory goes to God. Also the interview day(yesterday) was also my birthday, best gift ever i got ....Thank you all.

For all those still expecting not to worry you will hear good news soon!!!

Fantastic News - Congrats! That's great especially since Accra has one of the longest processing times. What a wonderful birthday present!

CONGRATULATIONS Palomadiego on being the first successful completion on this thread.

My Mum just called from the UK (I am being processed in London) to say Canada House called to speak to me! She told them I am in
America with my Sponsor and I await a call here.

Has anyone had any experience of such contact (first since the Sponsor approval/TF letter dd Jan 26 ? (My ecas status remains "Application Received") Thanks!
 
Canada house? Is that immigration?
I would love to know your situation AKGAZ you live in America with your sponsor but are applying for a Canadian PR Visa thru London lol sounds complicated! haha r u sure ur in the right place? :p
