So yea I called Canadan Immigration. They could not find my file..

They wanted the tracking Number...

So i talked to my lawyer, he said I have nothing to worry about, and to wait a couple more weeks before I started panicking.

I will Give it till Feb 17.... I have a feeling I will hear something by next wednesday or thursday.

How do you guys hear the first bit of any news ?

Also the police clearence and medical was done in mid Novermber 12/2010...

Will the Visa Ofice ask for another one? How long is it valid form..

Lawyer send everything to Ontario on Dec 21/2010 (I don't have tracking number)...

It was done in November, so it will be expiring this month sometime ( i think they are good for 3 months). Either way its better now than having a delay.

Plus my husband is returning to India on Monday to wait out the rest of the process. So it would be hard for him to obtain a police clearance as quick as he could while living in Greece.

Last week when I have seen my E-cas it displays under permanent residence application

Application for PR has been received on ...
Medicals have been received.

Now today when I checked in it only shows:

Application For PR Has been Received on ...

Not showing medical results have been received as showed last week

hopefully nothing to worry about?

i am having same issue with my e-cas as with yours last week its shows Medical Results have been received but today not showing.

There are many threads from various VO showing this problem. ECas is unreliable so I would relax a few days and see if it changes again. Most likely it's a glitch and in a few days you will see that medicals are there again.

I am not too worried about the medicals - worst case you have to do them again. LOL

I am right now logging in with my sponsors client ID and her data. I did not receive my own client ID.
Am I supposed to get my own client ID and when would I get this?
Anybody else who already has his own clientID?

You get your own client ID with your AOR or if they request documents from you. On the letter there will be a UCI#. Whatever it comes on, it is given by the Embassy themselves and will also assign you a File#.

I'm my husband's representative so I get a copy of the letters they send him, so this is how I know this.

Hi Asif,

Police clearance is valid for 6 months but you must submit the sponsorship within 3 months after getting the police clearance otherwise they'll request you for another one eventhough your police clearance is still valid.

Medicals are valid for 1 year. As another member said clearences are good for 6 months.

Hello All,

Just wanted to add ourselves to the December thread. We sent our application Dec. 20, and received a letter in the mail today saying I am accepted as a sponsor, and the application is being sent to the Bucharest Visa Office now. (The letter was dated Jan. 26). Thanks. I am not sure when it was received as we were only able to track it inside Romania, but it usually takes a week minimum for letters to go from Romania to Canada...
