One problem though that I just noticed, the mailing address is wrong. Anybody else experience this?

@ LoveThai - you also had problems with your sponsorship letter, right? You still haven't received yours? Did they get the mailing address wrong?

I noticed that they did not have my zip code in Bermuda on the online status page. Bermuda has a rule that they will not deliver our mail without the zip code. Maybe they just didn't have enough room online to fit it in. Should I check and how do I check?

I just corrected the address online! I also called the call center to ask them to update the address. Seems it faster to call than to update it online.

@Jeans Yes,it is..I got a problems as you are but,it wasn't my mistake we gave them the right address but,they sent me to the wrong address and we called them twice to let them know and told them to changed it, after that I didn't see any changed on my status it was showed the wrong one..(They didn't change anything) So, I've change online myself. And they didn't sent us a new one until they get that letter back then will sent it to us again. Anyways, they told us to call them again on Sep,23 if we don't get the letter yet they will resent . but, you can call them and ask them about your sponsorship..is it approved or not? and asked them about your client No. they will tell you abou that..

Thanks for the advice but the call center phone system knows that I am calling from outside of Canada and disconnects after telling me it is not for my area. The online update will only let me change my address or update it to a Canadian address. It would seem I won't be able to contact them at all for any information. Not sure what to do...Oh well, the letter won't be coming today or this weekend thanks to Hurricane Igor heading right for us and that is going to be foremost in my mind by tomorrow.

I didn't see your post that you already called them. Did you ask them to change your Address? but, I think they sent out the letter already..it's mean you will not get that letter?? or what ??

You can ask you sponsor call CIC .. I've known what are you feelling ..because I'm the same

I didn't see your post that you already called them. Did you ask them to change your Address? but, I think they sent out the letter already..it's mean you will not get that letter?? or what ??

Yeah I've called and they've updated the address, so they say. They've also given me the info that we need. Sponsorship has been APPROVED!!! They've also given us our Client ID so that's good. We're in no rush to get that letter but it would be nice to get it soon.

That's the problem. My husband is my sponsor and we both live in Bermuda. Have a good weekend.
