Actually if you can get them in the country and apply within Australia, you go on a temporary partner visa in which you can still work while you wait for PR. But it costs $7000! Plus all the extras

Yes but after those years of temporary residency they can still be sent home

My AOR is 1st June 2018,

Application approved on 18th Oct 2018 but still no PPR email.

I applied in Sydney AUS but my VO right now is Sydney NS CA.

If you have a decision made you can email your VO to remind them to email you or you can send a case specific enquiry. PPR email comes about a week after decision made o ecas.

We got DM today on Ecas . And on GCkey it states Background check started. What does that mean?How to tell its positive ? Timeline in Signature

Thank you. Not sure what these mean in Sydney timeline or when we will receive PPR...But very exciting for a change.

Likely good news I would think. Could mean passport photo or passport request is next step. Looking at other threads, background check/decision made can mean that passport request might come in a week or in some cases, up to a few months.

We did not receive pre arrival email. Just the DM . Is there any case its positive and didn't receive pre arrival.I am worried
