We got our COPR and passport today. visa issued 15 Sept. The wait is finally over ;D ;D ;D ;D Going to NZ next week and she will be coming back with me.
Thank you all for your support. This forum was one of the very few places giving me hope and information as and when I needed. Good Luck to all who are still waiting. If anyone need info, i will be happy to help.

On the application where it asks where are you currently living? Do I put his address in Canada or my parents address in Australia to be eligible for Outland application?

You put your Australian address. You are currently not "living" in Canada, you are just staying there temporarily. Be careful to understand the distinction (a tourist visits, a resident lives there) because saying you live in Canada when you have no legal right to residence raises all kinds of flags. Immigration means "living" in the sense of where you have a right to reside.

oh101 that is great news. My application went in a couple of weeks after yours so hopefully I am not too far behind. Did you pull any strings at CIC to get your application moved to the top of the pile?

I think they are into August, Oh101 went into process last week and his arrived after mine. I think yours will be soon
