OK, e-CAS flipped this morning to "Decision Made". The first delivery attempt on that statutory declaration was on Saturday, so in theory, they could have picked it up this morning when the post office opened. Or they could have made a decision without it. Anyone have any insight?

edit: They picked it up this morning.

Congrats!
Sounds like good news! :)

OMG, you guys, that is SO exciting... :o I can totally see why you are on pins and needles wondering what the decision was! I would be too!

Well, it seems fast but doesn't mean it's not positive! Maybe they still take time to prepare you PPR and get it to you, then you would be on track with some of the others through London and Buffalo. There are a few ppl posting on here and trackitt who had everything done and PR in hand in under 3 months. Maybe the office knows they'll slow down a bit at the end of the year and wants to appear efficient as they are probably under some pressure to close files within a certain time frame.

Well, I'm really envious and my fingers are crossed for you guys!
Cheers,
TLH

The application to sponsor me was approved on November 12th, but that's the last thing I've heard. I know I'm supposed to just sit tight, but how long does it usually take for London to acknowledge that they've received an application?

It took about four weeks for my application to get to London after sponsorship approval.

don't give up, Swede, and keep smiling. just have a look on JamesM timeline - London sounds like a fast processing center!
have a good luck! :)

Ok. I had heard two-three weeks previously, so I was a little stressed out.

I hadn't seen his time line before. I'm more relieved now... :)

Besides, I should not complain considering the hardships some of the people posting here go through... :(

waiting game is the most hardest one - I can say it from my experience. a week lasts as a year! but it is worth waiting! ;)

Wow JamesM, Here's to hoping London keeps moving that fast!

Congratulations.

I really appreciate the congrats but I'm still 50/50 with what decision was made.

This is record time for London tho. I'm sure it'll keep this way for a while at least.
