finally in the 7th month of processing in ND my ecas says

We received your application for permanent residence on December 22, 2010.

We started processing your application on April 28, 2011.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.


Since this is now the second time of the same file ,I hope it has to be a positive one.

Well, my wife got her passport back with a shiny new visa on it. It was dated the 11th of July. So glad this is finally over.
And congrats vik on your ecas update!!!

Also Manny, They send the PPR by mail.

My ECAS status has been changed to "In Process"

We received Krunaliben Himanshu Shah's application for permanent residence on March 7, 2011.

We started processing Krunaliben Himanshu Shah's application on July 13, 2011.

Medical results have been received.

What next....

u will see receive a ppr to submit the pp....once received....send the pp along with the letter u receive to chc nd and wait for the visa

finally got the news regarding status
It says "Decision Made"
Interview was on July 12
Waiting for her visa so that she can be here as soon as possible

1. Which courier service I should use to send my doc. To ND

2. like is dere any customer care in ND with whome I can discuss my case

... Yaar y my status is still in process ... It changes on 13th July n dey said dat dey start processing on11 July n medical received .... How much more time I wait

My wife just sent all the addition documents they requested. our file is in new delhi for 6 months now and i hope they send the passport with the visa soon

yea...india post is fine...they give u the tracking numbers which u can easily track if the pp has arrived at it's destination or still in transit



after sending the pp...it usually depends somewhere between 5-8 weeks after u get info/visa from chc nd....provided u dont have any travel history and people who are doing the background check are not busy
