Hi, my husband got in touch with his local MP in canada. here's what he came back with.. acc to CIC my background assessment is done. acc to them they had sent us a package in feb to do our medicals!! now i had already done my meds in november and submitted a section A form along wth my application. moreover, my ecss status in feb and early march showed medicals recd. so now how can they come up n say that they sent us something to do our medicals!!
can anyone shed some light on this?? we faxed the MP a copy of the section A form!! how do i deal with this???

Sorry for not being active from a while.... I m having fun in India... Just got an update on ecas

We received your application for permanent residence on March 25, 2011.

We started processing your application on July 4, 2011.

Medical results have been received.

But no PPR yet!!

Hopefully will get one soon

I did emailed ND abt my address in india and contact number... But got no reply back so far.... But on actual immigration forms Mailing address is my lawyers address in tronto...

Your MP gave you basic 100% genuine Canadian B.S . ND will not need a new medical until Nov 25, 2011.

Fprince, I won't be able to send my wife to delhi for now as my wife is two months pregnant and travelling now is not possible for few months.

I know man, what else do you do though?

I just don want this delayed more...MP is a piece of crap in your case and so is CHC ND when you try to contact them.
And just get everything done before the medicals expire as she can not re do the medicals at this stage...hence i asked you to go to ND in person to get this done one and for life.

Think the best way to do it Fax...did they change it to email these days? no idea.

file transferred to Delhi: jan 17th 2011
ppr recd : jan 27th
passport sent: march 7th
passport recd by ND: march 10th 2011.

After tht no communication from ND.
My ecas status now shows: application recd on 17th jan, started processing on Feb 17th.
In th month of feb, ecas showed: medicals recd!!

I WAS APPROVED AT THE INTERVIEW
my interview date was 4th july

Congrats!! could you share your experience with the interview? what did they ask?

hey guys
when i login using my detail it does not show my address but when i login with my wife s details it shows her address. Status is In Process. Any ideas why my address is vanished

They should be in the last stages of finalizing the application but i do not think they need new medicals.
I think your MP got confused, Medicals should be ok and they should be waiting on BC check.

CSE ND stating that " File has been 6 months in ND and you are still waiting "

For this scenario a MP/CSE/Personal visit will get you the same answer.

yes, but what abt their claim that they sent me medicals to be done in feb?? I never recd anything. Plus like i said, i had already done my meds!!
