My first CAIPS report didn't help me in any respect.

Have ordered for CAIPS again. Almost 30 days over now. Hopefully I will get the report in a couple of weeks.

Guess whats guys?

We got the approval for CSQ! Since my husband lives in Quebec, we have one extra step to go through- while our application is in New Delhi!
NOW New Delhi should request for my passport or do something!!!!! like medical received or change it to in process

Congrats for approval! you will get PPR first and then status will change it to in process once you send your passport

Mine passport has been requested almost 4 months back from that time i'm still waiting for my visa.. I really don't know what ND doing.

as my status was reflecting In Process and all of sudden it got changed back to "Application Received", which is quite strange.


There are only few people in this forum whose status changed back to APR.


BTW, when did you apply?

Is your case straight forward. Does your spouse have any foreign travel history. ???

Even my spouse's Passport is with ND for almost 4 months now and I dont know what they are doing. Its still application received in E-Cas. I mailed delhi office but no reply at all. Dont know what to do???? very frustrating and depressed.

did you try contacting MP. Ask him to follow up ND on bhealf of you... .it helps get an answer...

Hey guys, when sending the passport to New Delhi office, which address do we send to?

actually twas my wife who was flyin.
her experience was ok. tiring mostly.
she took delhi-london-calgary !
there is direct flight to toronto though.

the immigration stuff at landing is very very smooth. no hassles.
dont have to worry bout that.

Hopefully they won't call me in for an interview, if they don't - I will be coming from the USA. I'm thinking about driving because I have a lot of stuff I want to take with me, and my dog may come with me too or later on.

passport request sent on 29 jan,2012,,passport sent on FEB 03,2012." E-cas status coming ''application received""

now its one and half momnth going ,,my status stil showing "Application received"

can anyone tell,what going on with my application.I am so much depressed.if chc new delhi request for passport,why they did nt change my status ??

Don't get depressed cause its ND and it happens with everyone.

I applied in March 2011 and still waiting. And in this forum there are many who have applied before me and they still not hear anything back from ND.

You need to keep checking your ecas status and there, you will come to know about your progress.

Abad is right. Be patient. Even my case also is the same. Dont know what is ND doing with our cases.

You may not know the precise date but it should be +5 to 10 days from the day your case is approved in CPU-M
