no i didnt work in last 5 years :) (i am only 22 years old , have been a student and living with parents)
and main problem is taxes, i didnt file for last 2 years and dont want to mess with tax people >:( >:(. they want me to file taxes more than my earnings. i found many cases in other forum, who got approval without option-c. i hope it will for me also.. ::) ::)

no im Canadian citizen

Where does your husband live? You had to take a tourist visa for that country?

You could file a tax even if you didn't work. You would have some T4 from your college/uni. In any case, if you have explained your financial situation in a letter, you should be fine.
