Its good that you got that update. But I believe it does not really mean much as per other posts on this forum. For some it turned as a positive sign and they received their PPR soon after this update. For some it was just a update and nothing else.
For me, that line was added the same day when my sponsorship was approved. So I was happy that my wife should receive the PPR soon. Its been 20 days now, I have not even received a sponsorship approval letter yet.
But positively thinking, if that line appeared in your ecas later during the process, you must hear something soon.

It is just I do not want to miss any thing and later give them a chance to tell me that they called us but no one answered !!

Yes, even I was surprised that they called me. I was expecting a letter for passport request. That too they called me within a week of my Medical results sent from the doctor. I do not remember the exact phone number but it was something like +91 11-43xxxxxxx, My case is appeal allowed case, so they do not have much to check for, I am not sure why they are taking so long. I am hoping I will get reply from them latest by next week. I need it ASAP, I have tons of work pending there waiting for me.

Anybody else have appeal allowed case?

I actually did miss two calls from them. They didnt let it ring even for two rings, thought it was some office number due to the personal tune I had on my phone. Then they called on my alternate number next day.

Hi everybody how's everything my lawyer send them an email (Delhi) let's c if they come up with anything my file reached new Delhi on 16 June and since then no progress was made regarding my application.No PPR Letterand no phone calls .I have came to know after your 6 months are over you have a legal right to ask explanation from them within 15 minutes unless you can challenge there delay in federal court.
