I do not believe the MP misguided me for two reasons: 1) He is not a current MP and he was not going to enquire for me. 2) He is a good family friend of us.

I do believe what he said is correct, since he have himself visited the ND many times. Also, what is said do make sense.

It took me almost a year after the initial case was rejected. My case was rejected in August last year, so ADR process and appeal is almost a year or more long process.

The reason of reject: I can't disclose here, since my case is still in process, however it was not a legitimate rejection. The reason they provided is not acceptable in muticutaralism country like Canada. I have lived with my wife for over 8 years and still they rejected it.

Anyways, its almost over now, so hope for the best.

Anyone else waiting the appeal alowed case? please share.

Hello Buddy !

I don't agree with your statement and more over my father in law is the present MP and we have seen lot of cases and each and every cases differs from each other and more over VOs work very systematically and officially according to the time limitation and also we have seen (Senior forum members) so many cases has been solved when we go through MPs and enquire with ND.

More over on what status were you living with your spouse for 8 years in Canada ?

Can someone tell me, is it normal for CHC-ND to contact by phone to request for passport? Also, is it normal that they removed my option to change my address when I go check the status? It used to show my address and then an option to "Contact" if I want to change it.

Its not that I want to change it but just wondering why I dont see it anymore?

dear its better if u share the full timeline when nd receive file n etc.....i cant say much with this small info but i think if u have crossed 6 months or into it them u shud hear smthing this month..

I decided to post in this new Delhi forum... I posted earlier and one member GWALYAT asked me about the dates so here are the dates I wanted to share...

My question was that how long does it take for DMP in ND chc updates medical result received from outside of India?
Rmedicl request received October 12, medical done October 12! Medical result shipped to Chc ND on October 18, 2011! Results delivered to CHC ND on 24th signed by C Stamp.

Passport sent to CHC-I October 18!..

AS u guys know ND req documents from me...
i got letter on 26th sept n send them back with doc on same day also they recieved it on 27th sept...
on letter printed date was 19th sept....
i have to submitt thge doc before 19th oct its written in that letter as well...
its been more than a month... according to BFD wht u think that VO didn't saw them yet or wat??????

guys my mailing address vanished again from my ecas and there is no option of changing address is coming....
last time when my address disappeared n after when it showed up, i got document req, i hope this time i got DM....

i m not sure but i think whenever address vanished u always get something updated on ecas...
as this happened with me before...
as on 24th aug my address vanished and it showed up on 19th sept and i got document request from VO...
I hope we will hear something really good from ND...

Hi there, my address has disappeared too. First time since we applied. So its a wait and watch game. Hoping for some good news

Yes I noticed this too. My address disappeared second time now. Last time I did receive letter from CHC. So hoping something will come in mail soon.
