thanks a ton for your positive thoughts and i sincerely pray for u to see "in process" next week or who knows maybe they would have also sent you a PPR since you are only 2 days behind me ...ECAS is not very reliable and they sometimes update wrong data into it...so surely u will c an update next week...but i am not keeping my hopes up regarding my PPR....

Ur right behind Xyrus - u should definitely hear something this week....also consider its been close to 2 weeks since 14th so u will be hearing something....i know it will be PPR just pray for us too and good luck to u too....im just waiting for this coming mon/tues!

Hey, I am from south india...I hope u know the city Chennai in Tamil Nadu and thats d place I am from...Its good u r from ND so u could get the mails pretty soon and for me it may take around 2-3 weeks i guess....so maybe i wont get any PPR by next week if they had sent...maybe I have to wait for a couple of more weeks ...Good Luck to u for this week...

Yes minku9! Unfortunately, they send out letters by ordinary post, regular mail! My PPR letter was dated July 8th and was delivered to me on July 21st! Very frustrating!

yes they update on tuesdays as far as i know.ALL THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope your ecas get updated tomorrow.

i have 1 doubt .. our appln's rcvd @ CPC on 30th july ..
we have d receipt num with us .. is tht possible to chk status nw in ecas??
also they r asking to enter surname, DOB and Place of birth .. do we need to provide my details(being sponsored) or my husband details(sponsor) here to chk status??

and minku9 .. by d way are you from delhi?? because my husband has a friend from Tamil Nadu who is in canada sponsoring his wife who is currently in Delhi .. I feel your timeline n theirs r same .. and also i have talked to my husband's friend's wife who is in delhi couple of months before regarding PR application.

will be very happy if i find that person here ..

hey - yes u need to enter SPONSOR details when logging into ecas....btw - i think CPC Miss is processing apps from June 18, u can actually check on that CIC website.

here is my timeline so far...

App sent - MAy 26
@ CPC - M - MAY 27
Approved - June 24
In process - July 21 (saw in ecas July 27)

i jst chkd cic site ,.. they r processing appln's received upto june18 .. thr will b some updation tomorrow i believe may b they updates the dates of appln's they are processing ..

Quick question guys (especially for ND applicants)...the letter u received from CIC ND did it have the same date that ecas said it started processing your app, i guess im trying to figure out if they send the letter same/next day???

Any input guys??
