As i mentioned before no PPR yet dont know wat to do.
sent inquiry already : NO RESPONSE
already faxed them : NO RESPONSE
contact MP in toronto : THEY DINT GIVE ME POSITIVE REPLY THEY ASKED ME TO WAIT COUPLE MORE MONTHS.

DONT KNOW WAT TO DO THIS IS REALLY TOUGH.
I WAS APPROVED ON MAY 14TH AND THE SAME DAY THEY FORWARD MY FILE TO NEWDELHI.

THIS IS NOT GOOD.
ATLEAST MY WIFE SHOULD GET ANY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT LETTER????

NOP NOT YET.
PLEASE SUGGGES AND WISH ME LUCK

Well, you can not do anything....
i got a similar reply the first time from the MP...
so try CSE after 3-4 weeks if nothing changes.

thankx.... well my ecas changed today around 11 am to DM

actually i dont have my file no... thats y my indian address not appeared.. i only use client id to check my status..

bc indian embassy call me at my mobile no to submit my passport.. by this i dont have my file no...

Has this happened to anybody? My ECAS is showing weird status now. Sponsorship Application status and Permanent Residence Application Status columns have two statuses under each of them. Previously ecas only used show one status under each of these columns. Sponsorship Applications Status: (Decision Made), and Permanent Residence Applications Status: (In Process).


But, now the status is like this:

Sponsored Person
Sponsorship Application Status:
In Process (It says we received application to sponsor your wife on June 2, 2011. We started processing your application on June 3, 2011.)
Decision Made (We received your application to sponsor your wife on April 12, 2011. We started processing your application on May 13, 2011. We sent you a letter on May 13, 2011 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.)

Permanent Residence Application Status
In Process (We received wife's application for permanent residence on June 2, 2011. We started processing wife's application on July 11, 2011.Medical results have been received.)
In Process (We received wife's application for permanent residence on June 2, 2011. We started processing wife's application on July 11, 2011.Medical results have been received.)


Can somebody tell me what it means? I am so confused right now. The ND visa office had also asked my wife to send them a second letter asking for passport even after passport was already sent as requested by the first letter asking for it. Please can anybody explain these all to me?

actually i had a removal order turned deportation order on me........i definately need an arc to go back.......but i m confused howcome they send ppr to me without doing arc.......after ppr do they call for interview.......can anyone pls reply.....

YES, with ND that is how it is usually done..hard to see anyone going to an interview without a PPR..they usually hold the PP before they call you in.

It is just good to carry......they do not usually ask for this at the entry.

We submitted it along with the app n ND didn't return it.. My husband is goin to order a new one.. Would a photocopy suffice in case they ask for it?? N does my husband need to mail the cert to me or he can bring it to the airport when he comes there to pick me up??

Hello Buddy,

Same thing happened with me previous month, So nothing to worry its just technical error and when I checked the next day its back to normal, more over it showed me two processing date i.e 22 Jun and other 15 July (Permanent Residence Application Status).

And in regard of passport just sent case specific inquiry, email and fax with the dispatch details, hope your spouse having the courier receipt, some times passport may be filed wrongly in other file or it may be overlooked by the VO and this can cause little bit delay in processing your file, so just sent fax immediately quoting the recent letter and proof of delivery. This will fasten up your case file.

I also got 2nd PPR n many other got 2nd PPR
So in regard of this I sent dem post mail,cse,fax, but I didn't get any reply dat whether dey got my PP or not
N den I went to deli n did the enquery n in dat dey tell me dat dey hve my PP wid dem
So dey send PPR my mistake
But for safe side u must
Send dem mail fax cse
N if possible u may visit deli ofice
Bcz u never know bout ND
