Guys,

I am really frustrated!!! Why r they taking this much time??? There shud be a deadline for everything.. They cannot do BC indefinitely... Lets say they give BC for a third party, they shud say - am giving 3months total timeframe. Within that, if ur not able to find any criminal activity or anything, il assume that its a positive.. WHY THE HELL THEY DONT DO TAT? WHEN WE HAVE DEADLINE FOR EVERYTHING WHY NOT FOR ND?

I ask this question again..for spouse sponsorship what kind of back ground check is required and why does it delay the process? from my understanding they do not care about points, education, money in the bank, language skills etc..all they have to clarify is that she is not married to anyone else, above 18 and does not have a criminal record..
isn't this covered in the freaking MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE and the POLICE CLEARANCE?
Why is everything so complicated in ND ???

exactly.. why do they even PCC from all of us??? thats so horrible guys.. what ND is doing.. they r so partial.. Even for a st forward case, for some ppl they issue in 2months, for some in 6months.. they r not justifying!! ((

I am lucky to be here in India with my husband now, it is so nice to be together We are still waiting on some kind of information from ND, but fortunately we can do so with one another... Supposedly, when I checked with my MP today they sent a letter to us at the end of January... We are in Kerala and I would assume that it would have reached here by now? It has been over 2 weeks? yeah ur right.. what more they need??? That too, why r thye asking for addnal docs when ur nearing the 6month timeframe? this is absurd.

You are right fprince.

in our case, checks on edu and money is not important, and their job is more reduced.

Yaar i guess they basically check our criminal BC , and assess that we are not potential threat to canadian Security.

And they dont fully beleive our documents (certificates) coz from their reporst they came to know that fake certificates can be made in India.
