Welcome Hopefulwaiting,,,,HopefulWaiting said:Hi Guys,
I discovered this forum about a week ago. Thank you all for your great work and sharing your process. I am really happy to see that there are many others who have went through and are going through the process that I am about to begin.
I plan to submit my application package in two weeks time. I found parts of the the wording in the application confusing. I was wondering if you could shed light on the following topics:
1) Do I need to include the original of my marriage certificate + an original of the notarized translation? Or is it sufficent to photocopy the original marriage certificate and send the photocopy along with the original notarized translation? The reason I ask is because I have only one copy of my original marriage certificate. If I mail this to CIC then I will only have a photocopy remaining in my possesions.
2) Do I need to include any immigration photos of myself (I am the sponsor) in the package? My spouse and I do not have any children. Therefore, I have included 6 immigration photos of my spouse.
Thank you all for your help. Good luck to all of you.
