Thanks! I'm also an NRI. I live in the USA. and abotu your passport, DO NOT MAIL IT TO INDIA. Do not risk that. It's illegal and your passport can get held by customs, and probably will be difficult to get released. Either get someone to take it for you, or go on your own when they send you a PPR. If you send it through someone else, you will also be risking it a little bit, because what if they call you in for an interview and you won't be able to go?

No idea..... on how to reach my passport to ND, when they send me a PPR. ???

I will think of a better solution, when that stage comes.

I will update once my 1st stage is approved.

Finally PASSPORT has been sent to CHC-ND today by DHL

ND will get it on 27th

Should i include a cover letter? (if yes, can any 1 send me the format in my inbox).
Should i send more additional proofs regarding our relation (havn't asked by CHC in PPR)?

You got the address right. Just send the valid one. That should be enough.

Just letting you know...I previously had three passports and I took out colour xerox of the pages showing the immigration stamps, but I included this with the application and not while responding to the PPR.

You should send ALL of your passports, regardless of the fact that they're valid or cancelled.
