Anybody from June, July here? I know june14 is obviously from june, I am hoping for any good news from these guys so they can clear the way for Augustians 8)

Hello all,

I'm hoping to get my application mailed next week and just wanted to verify - if I send the package by courier, do I still send it to:

Sponsorship - (Family sponsorship)
Case Processing Centre ─ Mississauga
P.O. Box 3000, Station A
Mississauga, Ontario
L5A 4N6

Or there is a different address for courier vs. regular postal deliveries?

Also, I was planning to do an internet payment of fees - did anyone find that process goes smoothly? No hiccups with the system?

Our application was sent on January 14 2012 to the same address mentioned above.

I Payed the fees through internet payment option. The process went very smoothly.

How long will I have to wait for the letter of acknowledgement from CIC?

Hey guys.. I tried writing a Case Specific Enquiry.. But getting "Server Error in '/CICEmail' Application." page after the Security test page.
Can someone please try and tell me if this is a general problem?

You can check the processing time on cic website. As per Jan 18th update for sponsorship processing its taking 68 days (working on applications received on November 9, 2011)

As for the acknowledgment if they received your application package they won't send you anything, you can use your courier tracking number to verify when it made it to Mississauga office

Alternatively, if you paid the fees online you can use your receipt number to check application status online in couple Weeks..

Today my hubby got his PPR ;D i m so happy.........................
from newdelhi by email....but ECAS is still showing application received.....and on ECAS address is also showing wrong but in email they are giving correct address..........
So,Don't rely on ECAS
I wish u all got your PPR sooonnnn.......
