I am applying 4th time TRV for my wife.
The app is on its way to VFS Hyderabad.
I have told my wife 100% chances that you may not get.

I will also apply for the 5th time when she gets her AOR.

6th Time when passport request is made.

Infact I will also apply for TRV after getting PR.

Maybe apply for TR after she comes to Canada.
And then apply for TR after she gets Citizenship.

I will keep trying for TR till my death!

LMAO. Good luck and I really hope you get this on your 4th trial. To best of my knowledge, ND doesn't send AOR to spouse PR applications so you should directly get PPR hopefully in January.

Hello guys. Happy new year in advance.

It was good to come back to Vancouver. Cbsa people asked a few questions, looks like they were interviewing again. ...lol.. The questions they asked after seeing my passport and documents:

1) are you married? ... (can't you see it in my passport and documents, why will you ask this.)
2) ... So who sponsored you here.... (you did not, of course my wife sponsored me)
Bunch of other questions in less than 4 minutes.. Like, where I met my wife, our religion etc...

Then in the immigration section, normally there is 3 to 4 hours wait, that's what they told me, however, it was zero wait, I was the only person, new immigrant there. There were lot of people in student visa and work permit queues.

This shows me that they are not working on immigration files a lot, they are clearing other categories which are time bound.

Overall it's good to be here. Already spent most of the day at work. It was a great day. They welcomed me with a ipad2 and samsung galaxy II X phone with huge voice and data plan with all the bells and whistles. They also told me to chose a laptop I want to use, I can order it from office. I might go for toshiba qosmio again. I love these laptops, they are bit expensice, but best performance.

Time to go to bed now.

wow!! you already have a job...great !!! and seems like you are working for a big company !!

POE officer repeated those questions..seems like they do not trust officers at their own Consulates who issue visas..

Anyways bottom line is you are with your partner and that is what matters at the end that is why all this fight is for

I am working for this company for last 5 years. I was working for them even when I was in India for 2 years.

Its a medium size business, not a huge corporate. Anyways, it willbe 2012 in less than 12 hours in India
