Hey i found it on ur profile that u got ur PPR by letter in September and over phone in November.
Did u get PPr twice?

I never recieved the PPR that was sent out in September by mail. On Nov 14th, I got a call from New Delhi asking me why I havent submitted my passport yet. I told the VO that I never recieved any. So he explained to me that the letter was sent out in September, but that it doesnt matter now, he said consider this phone call as a PPR and send your passport.
