Do one have to include the receipt of the transmission fee with the package going to Accra?
Yes. When you pay, the bank will give you a receipt, you add the receipt to the documents you’ll be sending to vfs

1) Please can I send my passport directly to Accra Visa Office or MUST I send it through the VFS office in Lagos (because I really want to avoid stories that touch too)?
2) Any idea/rough estimate of the cost sending and also receiving passport (cos I think I saw somewhere that you pay both ways.. not sure)?
3) Is this address format for Accra Visa Office correct?

I hope your weekend is going well?
I recently mailed my out of Canada's dependents Forms/documents to Accra LVO( hard and soft copies) and after 1 month got a confirmation email that the Forms/documents have been received and my file update. I was elated and was hoping for the next step.
Surprisingly, I received a reply to my previous webmail enquiry from Accra " Clearly stating that they have not received our forms/supporting Documents". I immediately replied to the email with proof of delivery of documents by DHL and a copy of their previous email that had earlier confirmed the receipt of our documents. This is very unnerving...
I will wait for 1 week hoping to get a response from them, if I do not, I rather send new forms/documents to them again.
Has anyone ever had a similar experience?

1. I advise you send it through VFS
2. The logistics you’ll be using will tell you but you’ll have to pay for VFS courier

- We received xx application for permanent residence on May 4, 2020.
- We started processing xx application on May 13, 2021.
- We sent xx medical instructions on May 3, 2021. To avoid delays, please provide us with the information requested as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
- Medical results have been received.
- We sent xx correspondence on July 22, 2021. If xx has not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please have xx do so as soon as possible. Please wait until xx receives the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
Looks like good news, atleast they are working on your file. I take any lil update as good news. It might either be ADR of police certificate or the GOLDEN MAIL PPR. Be hopeful buddy and let's see how it goes. And please do update us when there is any update.
