I submitted my children's passports since 23rd May and the tracking has not changed from under processing till date. I have had someone who waited for 8 weeks. That's why i kept mute. I hope yours may come out faster though.

I eventually got through to Accra on the delay of my passport return. They said they are waiting to get a confirmation from CIO before they finalize my application. So I would suggest you reach out to Accra and CIO using the Web Form. All the best

App. Filed: 19th Dec 2018
AOR Received: 13th Jan 2019
File Transfer: 20th March 2019
Med's Request: 22nd May 2019
Med's Done: 28th May 2019
Passport Req: 26th June 2019
Passport submitted at VFS yesterday 3rd July 2019.

For all those still waiting, let my case encourage you and prove that outland Spousal sponsorship (via AVO) can be achieved in 6 months.

My application was refused after two years of them keeping my application and the officer said he or she is not satisfied that, my marriage is genuine and thinks that me and my wife will not stay together as married couple if given the visa without even granting interview.

My God!! That's really mean! Aren't u of the same nationality? Previous marriage? Was there any red flag u think could be responsible for that kind of decision? This people don't Know that their decision affects d lives of people and their dependants!!! I am so sorry to hear this.

Yeah I’m a Ghanaian born in Ghana and my wife is a Ghanaian born in Canada we’ve never been married before and I see it to be very mean on the officers side and injustice caused to us so, we still on the appeal
