Common mistake is stating the number of ppl in d application. Include applicant in d number. E.g If only spouse, add 1 to it, making 2. If spouse + 1kid, add 1 also making 3
You can equally call them and they would be able to help and provide the information that you have on your application. I had a similar problem and they were able to help me with that.
Hello house,please those that have received their passport back,after Counterfoil how many days before it was dispatched.because for me counterfoil was issued 17th.still showing is being processed in tracker.not dispatched yet
Hello all. I'm new here. My application was transferred to AVO on the 30th of May after 9 months in Ottawa. My question is, will it take another 6 months before I here from AVO? If this has happened to anyone, plz I wud like to know the time line plz. Thank you (I'm really frustrated already)

Apologies for the late reply. I am a Ghanaian. All i did was to submit the passport to Vac Ghana personally. I was called on 17th June that it was ready for pick up and I went there for it.
Thanks, Is there a way to contact them? I submitted my children's passports on the 24th from Nigeria and all I have read from their site is it is under processing.

Since June 17th that it showed that my medical was passed, on GCKEY and also ECAS,no any other information yet. And I already got my pre arrival since May 15th. I hope things moves faster like it was. Lol. Since I linked my account on gckey. It gives me fear seeing the estimated time there was 8months more. I hope not to believe that. Should have not link the account. . Gives me fear. I prefer recieveing emails only .
Unfortunately I don't have the contact of VFS Nigeria. I live in Ghana
