Yes.i sent through online webform too but I believe and pray they check it and send ppr ,this way I don't have to redo med since it expires next month 27.am sure they will speed it up to avoid me doing Medicals.thanks through boatwife

I think so too jay..they will prob extend your medicals by a couple months too ..thats what they did for my gambian friend....so excited for you!

i just send it to them through the same email they sent the mail and made them aware the original is being sent from Canada.when did your friend get his or her visa and it will be nice if they do extend it since i have to give notice to my company.i believe if it wasn't for the certificate, decision will have been made yesterday

Hi Jay...he got it in feb...his meds were due to expire in march...they extended them until may ...to give him time to fly

Thats nice.i pray they do that to mine.thanks friend.all the best

Congratulations to everyone that heard from AVO. more news will circulate round the rest of us In Jesus name. I appreciate the good job of those calling the attention of IRCC to the GLARINGLY obvious snail speed at which AVO is working. Please keep up the good work and I tell you the calls could be the reason they shifted focus on FAMILY SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION. Lets continue calling and emailing.

Many of us who did this before in other visa offices even during other application can verify that calls, emails, tweets actually works.

Yes,the ether said 30days but I believe the birth certificate is all they are waiting for.i will send them the colour copy on Monday whiles my wife will be sending them the original too through Dhl.for us,we decided if they don't return the original,e will go get another copy.we don't want to risk sending in only photocopy when the original is what they meant.i need them to send the ppr fast enough so I don't have to repeat Medicals.if it wasn't that document,am sure, ppr will have been sent and since they needed to make a decision on the YES/NO 2yrs condition,I needed to have the certificate to confirm what I said on the form about my second daughter

Dear Jay9,
I will advise you to send them the scan copy by both webform and email. Tell them you will appreciate their confirmation by replying via email. If they dont mind, every two days keep asking them by webform to confirm to you if they got your certificates.
U may send them paper copy by post as well if you want. They do not need your original copy but feel free to follow your mind.
All the best.

thanks for the response.i already sent them a mail with the attachment and also a webform too.the auto response said, they will review and respond quickly,i know the email they sent wasn't soo clear if they needed copy but just to avoid delays just incase they wanted original,i will just send both the copy and original and will inform them to return when done

God bless you, welcome to the forum and don't worry we will keep on sending mails and calling until our voices are heard. We fight not just for us but for those who will come after. If only people before us did this we won't be facing this today. All the same I see good change coming soon.

For those that have their visa....its correct that we send a prepaid envelope through dhl? Then when its ready AVO calls you and you contact dhl to go pick it up? Is this correct if you are living in Ghana?

Oh yes aside from prayer we called he IRCC minister office and my love and I wrote a letter which we emailed citing legislation as to why our file should be attended to. We also mentioned statement of the previous minister from the announcement made Dec 7, 2016 and how equality applies to us ALL. I am Canadian citizen by birth but im originally from DRC and I am also a child of God. The word says faith without works is dead. I will probably never know if our letter had an impact but after sending it Monday ppr granted thursday. throughout this process we prayed sure. but we did action too. just last year Canada processed 25 000 Syrians in some few months. this journey shudnt take long. it doesnt hurt to remind AVO of ur file they too are human and the load is many. simply call or send an email. and dont call shouting. be respectful, be sure of what you saying and stick to the facts. sometimes we from Africa we need to be mindful of our emotions. the most recent example: Boatswife, sent them a friendly reminder and then within minutes recieved PPR.

Tweeny2017 any news on ur file yet? Thank u Lanky and waitingInTO for the contact information provided here.
