Thanks for congratulating me,
My dear I'm not emotional ,I'm man who is courageous and strong,
I stand here to say this because i know that no one have time to consider this ,
Every one us are busy while our forum is dying
Some are blaming AVO not knowing that AVO is working but people are hidden there work,
I'm a living witness ,I step into there commissioned House and say on my mind weldone AVO,
An hour before my interview time, I know how many people who work in to that house and comes out,
But instead of upbuiding this forum,it's tearing down...
Before I start saying this about two friends from this forum have complain to me so much.

Quick question!
What order does the AVO consider when processing received applications?
Date the application was first filed?
or
Date the file was transferred to the AVO?
I asked this because the AVO states that it will process application in the order it was received.

You are through. Congrats. They asked my husband to redo the medicals and police records and submit it with his passport. He received PR soon after the submission. Now he is taking his time to land. :P

We are all passing through. I bet you Timosky when you get to Canada eh you will forget about this forum...... you won't do it intentionally but circumstances will cause you to forget this forum. Lol who knows... maybe bills will shut your mind on Accra Thread

Lol, brother you are sooooo right. When you come here you don't even remember this forum again for months. Is not that you deliberately neglected it. But When you face reality of life, u wouldn't have time for this anymore.
I wish u all the best guys. Just be courageous, AVO are working on applications everyday. Guys remember AVO handles about 8 AFRICA countries applications. So u guys should be patient, pray, and learn from the experience of people who waited as u guys on this forum.
Thimosky my brother from a different parents. Congrates looking forward to see you in Canada.

If any of you wants to ask me a question, fee free to send me a private message. I will best read and respond. But to seat and reads everybody issues and comments, is hard to do these day.

The day AVO received it.

Hi Nyhiraba:
Sorry to intervene on this topic but i don't see the logic behind your answer. Perhaps you can provide an example as I don't understand how you came about this conclusion. Here is my perspective and perhaps you can also share yours too.

I only say this because for example, Timosky just received his ppr. He filed in April and his application landed in AVO in September. Are you saying all the applications which were received in AVO in May, June, July and August are bypassed? We have applications in this forum that fall on those months and we are still waiting. We also filed later, after April . I just feel like AVO counts from when it was received in Mississauga not when the application arrives at AVO. I hope you get my point. If anyone else too has an opinion i enourage to share your thoughts as well. Just so that we all understand this process together ;)

Thank you

If the delay in receipt is IRCC's fault they will by pass the rest of you. :D

Is the date indicated the actual date of receipt or the day AVO acknowledged receipt?

Good morning to you all....I have a question...If you are asked by by Accra vo to submit your CSQ as an additional document like in the case of Andy.Let's assume you have it already HOW do you send it to them.Do you scan and attach it to a letter and mail it to them or what?

Hello, hope everyone is well here.please am jay and I need some help with my Notes I received in December

It's shows on my note

Eligibility:Not started as at when I received my notes in December 2016 and now on my cic account,it's shows eligibility is in progress
Barground and security:Not started
My application was received at the Accra visa office on 1 June 2016 and was transferred on 12 August 2016 and processing started on 12 August 2016
Medical school recieve and passed

My questions are,

1.When eligibility shows not started, does it means the lead officer in Canada did not find any concerns or problem with my application.

2.How long does it take to know the officer in the visa office is satisfied with the relationship before its forwarded back to the officer in Canada?

3.How long does Cic use to process eligibility before going to barground checks? I ask because,my medical will be expiring in 6 weeks and still haven't heard a word from Immgration

4.Also if your medical should expire and renewed, are you still given a year from the date of the renewal to Land or CIC will give you their own date for you to land.i ask because,I know of a couple who had their last medical renewal and after got their visa and was asked to land in 2months time even when they had lots of months ahead to prepare for landing.

Hope anyone here can help with dis questions specially those who already got their visa and landed

Hi Jay:

Sorry I have 1 answer to your questions. When it goes from Not Started to Eligibility in progress click on the question mark which confirms they are now determining your eligibility . i found this to be true when we had poasession of our GCMS notes we do share the same notes u mentioned here and month in common ;D. We too have not heard anything from AVO. we recieved our notes this month and they are quite similar to yours. Ecas does not give much information either. since we filed No review required, nor additional document request or interview. we are 8 months since filing and at this point we have been patient. we plan to order another set of GCMS notes fairly soon. Hopefully we would recieve good news sooner rather than later !
