Benestel is right. Don't stress yourself over what has Been done yet to your file. When I receive my GCMS notes last month it said the file was open and sécurity, background Check nor éligibility has not been started yet.I get in touch with AVO(last month) and they just reply that the file is in process. I do not see any change on my ecas.
I think we Will get PPR very soon by the grâce of God.Dont worry. The good News is that your are certain that your file was not missplaced by any agent and the file is with AVO.
Take care.
God bless all of us and may God Grant us PPR and visa very soon.

Thank you guys! I don't always worry about it. Its just my occasional rants! I do understand patience is a virtue. It shall be well!!

Hi Again!

Okay, so I just double checked my GCMS notes I ordered and it says: Application status: Open and Application status reason: In progress.

When I check my husband's ECAS all it says is Application Received And on mine: Decision Made It is soo confusing!

I need some clarity pleaseeeee.
I figured it doesn't mean anything since file hasn't been assigned to an agent. *frustra
Naponga don't worry believe and trust that October March will hear a good news...that's all it matters..

I am happy for you! God bless you and your family and safe journey! I have a huge smile on my face for you.

Sadly, they haven't began working on the file yet. Can you see on the notes whether they have started 'criminality', security or background checks?

That "decision made" you see on yours is the sponsorship part that was done by CPC Mississauga. When it shows "decision made" under 'permanent residence', then your husband will be closer to the end.

I empathize with you because I've been waiting since Jan 2014 (Dakar VO). But God will replenish everything and make up for lost time. Don't be surprised when they start working on our files and complete it in record time.

Sadly you won't hear anything and that's why most of us are on this thread at least to know when people with similar time frame are being answered! The wait may be killing but all we can do is to wait until we hear something from AVO
