Hey NKT,

You click on Apply Online..Follow the links

Select english and Citizen and Immigration Canada

Then you're the one applying so you fill in your information and you say you're requesting the notes on someone else's behalf (your husband)

Then the type of information is Access to information act..you then select case files and enter your husband's information and you specify that you want the PR application file.

Then You attach this form..http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/form-imm5744.asp

It must be signed by both of you so he needs to scan it and send it to you and you can upload it.

Then it will lead you to payonline with a credit card.

That should be it..let me know if you need anything else.

As I said earlier, this year is going to be an awesome year as MY God doesn't disappoint.

My hubby go his approval email and PPR on Monday March 2 and sent his passport on Thursday March 5. I went to check the E-cas website and discovered that his file was opened in Accra on February 25th, which means it only took 3 days to process and approve.

MOH1979, just be positive and I wish you the exact same.

Hopefully he should get his visa within the next week or so. I really can't wait to see him ;D

Thank you opester. It's hard but I will get through it. I just know appeal takes long and lawyers are expensive. I am truly happy for you and your husband. God is great!

This blog has been really helpful to me and my husband.. exactly one year ago, we were in ur shoes and I know how it feels to be denied. But we did not give up... we hired a lawyer; she advised that we reapplied instead of going through the appeal process.... she backed our applicion up with more evidence and a letter explaining our particular circumstances..the good news is my husband just got an email requesting his passport on March 2nd. I advise u get a lawyer and reapply.

Awesome news a big big congrats Opester...that means I was sort of correct how they processed files that they got in August 2014 by Jan 2015 and now they're on end of September 2014.

I should be next as my file was transferred in October..thank you for the update! and I hope all especially NKT get reunited soon, good luck all and lets keep in touch and keep giving each other good news and hope.

Your file was transferred in early september and it was in process, so you should hear something very soon..

Gamer as well..Accra seems to be moving at last.
