What does the new tracker say? Mine had said everything completed and COPR document number was up for 2 weeks with no mail so I knew something was wrong

AOR 1 -> Septemer 16th, 2021
Biometrics-> N/A( already done in 2018)
SA Approval and Application forwarded to Visa Office in Accra -> December 29th, 2021
Medicals Letter Request -> January 10th 2022
Medicals completed -> January 17th, 2022
Medicals passed -> January 20th, 2022
Pre-arrival letter-> March 25th, 2022
Decision made on ecas-> March 25th, 2022

I hope to get PPR soon

Yes , I sent a message using the web form. I also sent two urgent emails lol. The new tool showed PPR request was sent and received since March 9th but we didn’t get the email. They responded to my web form and attached the PPR letter . AVO is a mess

Pls how do you send webform because I applied 2019 and had an interview on the 2nd week of Jan 2022 and I haven't heard nothing from them after. I'm expecting ppr but it's not in yet. How can I send webform

Every webform goes to the general mail box and they will direct it to the appropriate VO....

After writing the message....you must indicate your file number, date of birth, receipt number(if you remember), country of birth, place of birth, Application number, UCI etc in the written section and send jt....that makes it earlier for it to be forwarded to the right visa office

My wife passed her medical in Accra in May 2021 ( it will expire May 24th 2022) and the tracker shows background check complete since October 2021. That was the last update. I have sent several emails but nothing. Any advice will be helpful.

That’s terrible. What does GCkey/ ECAS say? In progress? DM? Something is not right. Use both email and Webform. I’m wondering if it’s worth contacting your MP at this point?

I Don know when you applied but my little advice is try and pray about it and just keep your head above the water, if they need any information, they will contact you, my application is still pending since 2019 and I had an interview on the 2nd week of January 2022. So as you can see, it took me 2years to get an interview, meanwhile I'm done with biometric, Medicals, police clearance report etc,. I haven't heard from them again after the interview at the Accra visa office. So just try so hard to put much effort in strengthen your relationship believing that you guys will finally meet someday because if you think about the immigration much, trust me, it will drain you and kill you softly. As I'm talking to you, I hardly sleep at night, whole lot of thinking, anxiety and a whole lot. The immigration system is a mess, they don't really care at all especially Accra visa office. My mental health is weak as my wife is in Canada and I'm still here in Ghana. few months to celebrate 3yrs anniversary and I don't even know when I will receive passport requests letter. Pray more and think less about the immigration.
