My mail to AVO on the system issue:
Just logged into our online account and it says "we need additional document to continue the processing your application, check message below". The issue is there is no mail to this effect on the online account, we have checked our mails also (including bulk mail) still nothing. We have no idea what the required document is. Kindly reply with details of the required document.

Nothing like sorry for the error what so ever, as if they are dealing with desperate helpless individuals. I don't know if they think they are doing us a favour. So sad
