****quick question****

AVO wants hubby to send
1)Passport
2) passport size photos
3)Schedule A background declaration form (imm5669) Is there a new update for this form or are they still accepting the 2012 form? And if thats the case, I guess it will be the same old information on the new requested forms.
4) height and eye color chart.
In total we are submitting 4 documents in total.

As cadpt mentioned, it's the same form as the first. They usually request it should there be any change in family situation. If no changes, enter the same info as you did in the initial form. All the best and congratulations again.

Quick question.one of my friend sponsor his wife and the wife is out of status in the USA She overstay becsuse she was going to school . he wanted to know if that will slow down her process or affect her sponsorship?? They got approved already and they sent the file to Ghana...

Can someone please answer my question.

@Ardnacieso
You can apply as a sponsor if your spouse, common-law or conjugal partner, or accompanying dependent children live with you in Canada, even if they do not have legal status in Canada. However, all the other requirements must be met.
You can also apply as a sponsor if your spouse, common-law or conjugal partner, or dependent children live outside Canada, and if they meet all the requirements.

I think it must be the same rule even if that person is in the USA. Did your friend s wife get FBI background check certificat yet?
If yes I dont think there will be any delay.
