Is there a way to call the Canadian side here and have them do the work to locate it? Maybe our seniors (lamour, kpalimeyovo, Ghanaboy, MercuofGod) can guide and help? Take heart dearest. And I remember the initial message I received from accra VO when I requested the status of my application. They stated clearly that they review each application based on when they have it transferred to their office.

It says application received on a different date of submission. I tried calling accra VO,but couldn't reach them. I was able to get hold of them over the email. I just don't know how deal with this. Ifynwam I think they can only give you updates on your application once it goes into process. I'm sure they have it. Check again by end of next week.

Let's start from where u got confused. I actually replied ur post earlier. You are not Sept applicant neither are u October. U r not even Nov. You are without doubt 8th December,2014 applicant. That was the date your COMPLETED application was received in Missisauga. So, you have no reason to worry about not hearing from CIC now. As a matter of fact, no December applicant in the forum has received passport request. If u also want to go by the February 24th 2015 that ur file was transfered, it comes to thesame thing.Feb,24th is almost end of February. U can only worry when those whose files were transffered in March 2015 start getting passport request.
Florisak may be right concerning the explanation for not finding ur profile on their system. It might be due to 2 reasons viz: Possibly u have provided them with conflicting search information or u gave them right information but they are yet to upload ur profile just like every other applicants in ur category.
So, calm down and think of how to keep urself busy with some things of interest. If ur mind is busy, time flies but if otherswise, 1 day wait is like 1 month. My 2 cent advice is that u calm down on the issue, face reality and don't have tachycardia for nothing. Regards

But checking Mslisa timeline,her file was transferred on march 13 after mine. That's where got me started worrying.

If they want let them take it out or not,thats not what's bothering me. What's bothering me is that I am missing my wife so much.it pains to be away from your loved one. Apart from the loneliness,i am ok. If my wife is here with me,they can keep the application for ages,it doesn't concern me!

MercyIbadilayewa said it all with the explanation, Hang in there the VO will get back to you is what l told you before...l am one of December applicant and file Transferred 26/02/2015 l know the VO will get in touch between now and next month and if it come to worst August will be the month. But we are all praying for mercy of God for them to get in touch as soon as possible. Therefore calm yourself down and occupy your mind with other positive things.

Accra is kind of out of our minds...lol.....At the moment, its all about me and my husband, we are making sure to utilize every single moment of my time here.
