A few useful tips
If your request is for an outside Canada application, we invite you contact the responsible Canadian Visa office directly in order to add a representative or designated individual.
A separate form is required for each individual you wish to represent, even if they are part of the same application.
If you already provided a Use of a Representative form, we may have not received it properly. Please resend the form and make sure to fill out all sections of the form correctly.
If needed, more information on immigration and citizenship representatives is available for you on our website.
Pls friends help i don't know what to do, i haven't received my AOR number or whatsoever and it's over 90 days so i filled the webform to enquire about my application and the responded to my Husband's email, requesting for an authority to release information to designate individual which is my husband to confirm my sponsor is the Enquirer. Ee didn't choose a representative, we did it on our own.
And we submitted it on the webform, after few days the responded stating they won't release any information about our application to husband because he is not my representative, that we should fill and submit a representative form, which we didn't chose pls how do i reply to this?

CongratsWe went to Accra for the interview, and we received the passport request while we were still Accra. So, he took it to the vfs in Accra.
How was your husband notified that his passport is ready for pickup? My husband submitted his passport on Jan 23. His file was approved with counterfoil on Feb 5. Still waiting for the passport. I have been unable to track the whereabouts of the passport as there seems to be an issue with the vfs tracking link. Our Timeline
