Please i sent a message to cic through the web form concerning my application status and they sent a reply to my husband requesting him to submit IMM 5475 to release information to an individual, please can we upload a scan copy of that file and send to them, and how can we uploaded it on the web form.

Ok now we need the expert for this one so i got ghost update yesterday and this morning i got pre arrival services. I was expecting medical request

Oh really infact this process is really unpredictable a pre arrival letter before medicals ... Im also here waiting for my medical request my AOR is Aug 19th 2019
Wow!! This is a positive update for you. Pre-Arrivals are greenlights, meaning you have passed eligibility. Expect your medicals soon, and then afterward PPR.
Yea! You can upload a scan copy of the form on the webform.
The way you contacted CIC through the webform is the same you you’ll contact Accra and upload it.
The webform has links to all Canadian embassies all over the world. So you’ll pick that of Accra and fill in all your details and then you’ll see where to upload your IMM.
Ok.... same day on my Ecas Nov 8th.
Hopefully I should be expecting an update soon too.
You Should get AOR in approximately 45-60 days. Give it till next week
