Please I have tried to contact VFS Lagos but I'm not getting any good response. From what I read only I can submit by mail. Please does anyone have any idea how I can



do this. And is the appendix B the form I got in my passport request letter that says about principal applicant, spouse, hight and eye color. Then please what is the consent letter from cic. Please those that have submitted thier should tell me how they did thiers. Thanks.
