During sponsorship they said they do not need upfront medical. If required we will ask.

Sponsor approval dec 2019
File transferred to most lazy office NDVO 6 jan 2020

Don't know how much time will they take to recommend waiver.
U r inland or outland applicant ? Who is sponsoring ur kid from Canada u or ur wife ?

Its an outland application, I am sponsoring, my wife is in India with baby.

There is one section on page 2 of GCMS NOTES which shows a due date, for me its of today 30/12/2020, check urs if u hv any due date mentioned, may be that's the date they will do something with file...

If I get any update will post it here...

Due date is of no use, as I have read all over the forums .

Hi,
Received a letter from CIC that requirements for my eligibility as sponsor is met for my 1.5yr child. In that same letter , it is mentioned that they are forwarding the application to New Delhi for further processing. However my child is already in Canada ( brought her in earlier this year through TRV). I mentioned this in the PR application document also.

Please advise if this means that the application will now be processed in Delhi? and not considered as a inland application?

Hello,

I am also having the same time line and NDVO seem to have worked for few days in July on sponsorship visas,

Time Line:
Applied: SEP 23 2019
AOR: 6 th Nov 2019
Sponsorship Eligibility Passed: 14 th Nov 2019
File Moved to NDVO: Dec 12 2019
Pre Arrival Letter : July 7 th 2020

As per GCMS notes due date was Nov 4 th and Eligibility passed and Medicals Expired on Feb 20. I am assuming they will request medicals again.

I am wondering if there a way we can do upfront medicals?

Medical already expired in Oct, eligibility passed in July. Due date was 30/12/2020 in GCMS notes but nothing happened after that.

About Medical, some ppl are getting request to re-medical and other are getting it extended for 6 months or more, so I think Upfront Medical is not a good choice here...

I have called them twice so far and it's pretty useless when your file is processed outside Canada. The standard reply is to raise we form with respective VO and we all know the standarf reply we get.

I also called , got same response that raise a webform to respective VO. I had raised webform also in Mid November, didn't get any reply yet. Not even the standard one.

I am fed up and stopped rasing further web forms as they are never helpful. It's out of reach to understand why they have to deliberately postpone kids application while they are actively issuing normal PR applications,

What do the GCMS notes shows for you guys, recommended for medical waiver or just medical expires statement ?
Mine shows file sent for medical waiver concurrences.

Hello Ajay,

For me it shows Medicals Expired.
My case is different my son's medicals were expired in Feb 2020 itself. I had used the medicals which I had got it done during my PR application.
