Flower,

Why your employer is refusing. If your work is genuine and you are permanent, he has to give experience letter.

Without work experience letter on the letter head, they will simply refuse your application.

They are mentioning that its not their policy. I have the letter from one employer where I worked for 2.5 years and I am applying under that experience. Will that suffice.

can somebudy tell me this two yrs are starting from which date---from the date of receiving docs by them or this email date?

2 years wait starts from your 2nd AOR date

Hi Vishesh Malhotra,

Even in my case, my employer refused to provide experience certificate but told that if in case anyone calls, than he'll verify job duties. So, someone suggested to print job responsibilities on Indian Judicial Paper (Rs. 50) and i also wrote that it's not as per company policy to provide such letters, and attached a job description of similar designation.....and attached HR head visiting card.

@Hitesh Dand , In a mail i wrote this query to ND and they replied that the 2 years or more time frame starts from the date u recieved the reply.....but we shld keep our fingers crossed, may be they just want us to wait...and nothing mre....

@ Somesh, Dont worry , any and every one sending a query ti ND VO is replying with the same response.

@DBC, consultants all across are deliberately concealing this fact.

@Flower: Dont worry Dear, Just write an explaination letter saying that u r unable to provide the same due to the reason, if possible attach the e-mail communication with ur employer and attach as many proofs of ur job as u can like paysubs, Form No. 16 copy, any intimation of bonus or increment from employer, offer, confirmation, resignation letters.

Even as Mr Kapoor rightly did, if u r able to convince ur superior or ur HR officer to help u out in case a vertification comes, u can attach his/her original visiting card.

@amitsmeet
i hope your words are true and we get some reply very soon. but if 2 yrs or more starts from the day we got the reply, means that CHC ND made a fool of us and showed us the wrong picture that our processing would be done in a year right from the beginning. they should have told about the delay after 3 months from 2nd AOR itself. so that we would have made plans accordingly and not waited for more than one year. one thing is for sure- that they have taken us for GRANTED. what do u think ?

@ Hitesh Dand...Yes Buddy, feels like they made Jack Ass outta us....

It was not untill the mail (or 2 years or more) that things started looking otherwise....

Lets wait of Mogboys response to Right to information application ,if it alters the perspective.

Had mail conversation with couple of leading consultants,in India and Canada, they have asked to keep tracking the processing time updated on cic website. Now lets see, but sure lots of our time has gone in vain, our plans dislodged, and still no clue????

What Fruitful Purpose will hiding the facts solve to the consultant,It would just lead to the Number of emails they have to reply
??? ??? ??? ???

And I have seen their communication file did not see any reply from CHC in the past 6 weeks

@DBC, if u say is right, then it seems tht Delhi office is sending such mails to direct applicants only....any thoughts???
