Trying other options to settle down here in Faridabad.In case CHC prolongs the processing.
An interesting development is ...I am getting encouraging queries to my starting a preparatory course
for students for DELF A1 course in french.Ofcourse I am also tuitioning students in french till Class X.
Just hope all goes well.

got my new passport back today. i must thank both SHO and Passport officer. both of them were really cooperative . both said almost identical lines " koi gal neeen, fikar naann kar eneee jai gal pechheee tera kam nahin rukda"
didn't have to shell a single extra penny. neither at police station nor at passport office. welcome relief.

will post to chc two marrow.

"Do i have to send notrized photocopies of the new passport as well like earlier? "

what will be the status if i have got new passport (with 10 year validity) of my minor child included in the application .
As old passport is often marked as cancelled by the passport office??

NO, that is only required during background & security checks. Since this new passport is current dated with no travel history on it, it is not required. When they have the original, why would they need a photocopy?
