I have planned to order caips after 120 days.my 120 days will exhaust on 22nd june-2012.

I am thinking to order through lawpoint as they charge $25 USD only for their services.
What about you?

Hi.... my 120 days were complete on 23rd may.... i am planning to apply for CAIPS in June.... can we also send a CSQ to NDVO....

I thinking sending CSQ will not give very fruitful results as they sending very generic reply like case is pending for further review or we will contact you for further action including medicals instructions.
So, Amri24 i will advice you to prefer order caips as it will show you the realistic picture of your file.
All the best for next step in getting PR.

I have decided to aplly caips after 22nd june-2012 as my BFD+120 DAYS is 22nd june.
I have decided to order caips after25th june-2012 as it will give me clear picture for next step they will take for my case.
For you i will suggest you Amri24 you order in 1st week of june-2012.

my suggetion:

I would suggest if you can hold down till end of June or 1st week of July, coz on 1st July there is an new MI announcement.

So there will be some positive update on all eligible files by end of July.

not an issue for me as mine file has bfd of 22nd June 2012 as i am planning in the same time line suggested by you.
