Wanted to share a gud news to everyone that finally i got IP from RBVO after 1.5 years. Status is:-

We received your application for permanent residence on June 15, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on September 28, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on May 3, 2012.

They sent me seperate email stating that i need to submit PCC for me and spouse once again. and also PCC for UK (i stayed thr between Oct 2006 to Mar 2007).
Does it mean they r ok wid everthng else and my case is almost ready to process and are they going to do employment verification now. Also, i showed them proof of funds which i already withdrew. Would they ask abt that again?

Thanks for your wishes. I send them PCC at the tym of submission but they asked for it again. I am in the process of applying for it as i have time upto 7th July 2012.

yes, all WELL. they will do all the checks, incl. work exp., you and ur employer shud remain alert.

proof of funds, already withdrawn ? means .......

if u used them, refill them.

My case is almost same as u. All dates are almost same. I just had update on my case on E-cas that WE have started processing on 04th May 2012...........

I also have same query that i do not have funds there for now in my account so will i be a problem?

And, secondly I have not submitted PCC in past with my application and they have not asked even for it. so is thre any problem???

How will he Justify windfall Transfer off funds into his account if the transactions in his account are not consistent to the funds applicant is transferring over night

i won't be surprised if CHC ND refuses the cases even after making them wait for 6 months or more with IN PROCESS with date status.
when they can refund back the money of pre-2008 applicants after making them wait for 100 years, they can do anything.
