If you don't mind my asking, how are you so sure about 2013 first half finish of MI 1?

Check this speech by the immigration minister where he states that by 2014 they will have real-time immigration.

Secondly all the applicants who have sent Case specific inquiries got the reply that
'If you applied as a Federal Skilled Worker on or after 27 February 2008 and before 26 June 2010, processing of your application is likely to begin in 2012; however, finalization may not occur until after 2012.'

So we mah all get a decision by 2012/2013.

Thanks for responding to my query, I guess our hopes depend on Kenney's speeches being implemented and also CIC/CHC's ambiguous statements in CSQs coming true... Anyway I was asking about 1st half 2013 finalization, which is just a few months from now and with so many cases of MI-1,2 & 3 pending I feel it would be a miracle if all MI-1 were completed by 1st half 2013.

my 1st AOR- Feb 2010

my 2nd AOR - july 19 2010 (full docs sent july 9 , 2010)

Which period / category i fall in (pree - june or post june)

i want to clear this once and for all!!!

Hence you fall under the category of 'after 27 February 2008 and before 26 June 2010' which is Pre June.

To give you more clarity on Pre-June 2010.

If first set of application was submitted on or before June 25th, 2010 is under MI1 even your full documents submitted in October 2010.
