I THINK CHC DELHI WORKING ACCORDING FILE TRANSFER DATE BECAUSE WE HAVE SEEN THAT REVEIWED LINE ADD TO MAY,JUNE AND JULY 2010 APPLICANT.THESE ARE THOSE APPLICANTS WHOMS FILE TRANSFER DATE ARE ON MARCH 2010.

then changed to "file was reviewed"

Then we started processing on such and such date

so are we still in the same boat or has my moved closer to the target
